Founded in 1977, DV Bern AG specializes in the development of individual software solutions and offers IT services as well as cloud solutions to meet the highest demands. The tailor-made solutions support both business customers and the public sector in their processes and digitization tasks. Whenever possible, the software (also Software as a Service — SaaS) for customers is operated from a single source in their own data centers. The company also supports its customers with consulting services on digitization issues.

Its customers include DV Bern AG cantonal tax administrations, commercial register offices, compensation funds, health authorities and the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM). In the private sector, numerous companies in the areas of tourism, media & communication, retail, sports and a variety of childcare facilities are among their long-standing customers. DV Bern AG employs around 180 people in Bern and is currently training fourteen apprentices.
